Japanese Garden in Watercolor in the works. .

Hi, today I have been working  on this watercolor  of The Japanese Garden  at the Norfolk Botanical Garden.   I did some pouring yesterday and put all 3 of my potato  masher on the wet wash. Can you see it at the bottom of the paper??

I think the right top is way too busy so I'm going to try to simplify it tomorrow.
Sadie is coming along nicely. She was happily rolling in the backyard this afternoon. She and Cupcake, our kitty, have become buddies and this morning Cupcake was playing  with Sadies  ear while Sadie  napped. So cute!!! Sadie is our lab.

Hope you all are doing great,so sorry I haven't been blogging much lately.  I will visit you soon. Love to each of you Diana

Ps my class Saturday  was great 14 students and we painted what I am doing now. I will post a photo  soon!!

  1. Love the poured effect, especially against the more detailed work up top. I'm glad to read that Sadie is doing so well, and has become good friends with cupcake :)
