We were totally excited and all did a beautiful job. CLASS was full at 13 students at the Norfolk Botanical Garden. Thank you to NNWR and NBG . What a wonderful, once in a lifetime CLASS. Love to all. DIANA

Here is my CLASS at Norfolk Botanical Garden this past Saturday. We painted pansies and dahlias and they turned out beautiful paintings. We did the dahlia by drawing a mandala first. Using the center as the center of the flower and adding layers of petals which fell into place with the guide of the mandala. After CLASS WE enjoyed the beauty of handmade kimono, made from pieces of rice paper in every color. Glorious. This is for Lantern Asia,an amazing light and Art display.
This week I am getting ready for the Heritage Festival 10am to 3pm at Eastern Shore Community College this Saturday. 40 local artists, antique tractors, By the Bay Alpacas, so many things to buy or enjoy. Take care! Love to EACH of you,Diana

Class at Norfolk Botanical Gardens and Sadie
HI, Saturday I taught my Daffodils and Tulips Watercolor Workshop at Norfolk Botanical Garden. Oh my it was gorgeous over there. Yellow tulips everywhere, pansies, warm, soft breeze and azaleas and dogwood trees blooming. This first photo is just the walk to the door to the classroom.. gorgeous! We painted Daffodils and Tulips although mostly yellow tulips. Everyone did well and I hope will frame what they painted.. I'm so proud of you!! Here's a photo of two of the ladies in the class.
A Photo of Sadie...Well you know I had to include Sadie. She stayed with John, they played hard, she napped and he got his work done and played hard some more. Here she's getting ready to go to the vet. She got a wonderful report.
I painted yesterday with her sleeping on my feet..:). talk to you soon, love,Diana
