Errand Day and Hot Press Waiting...

Hi, today has been run errands day. I've got lots of groceries in and got the car back from the shop. Sadie ,our lab, is ready to paint or at least rest her nose on my foot while I do. She has run around the backyard with the clothes basket in her mouth after I hung the clothes on the line. My energy seems to have gone. I have straightened up my art table and got out some hot press. Perhaps I'll play with the wet in wet for a few minutes while I brew some coffee. Love to each of you, tell me what you've been doing. Another Owl Painting

Here's another owl. I sketched it last night and just painted the eyes. I've made some coffee and am sipping that as I paint. I have much more to paint on him but it's a beginning.I've washed 5 windows today and made a pot of white beans for supper. The sky outside just turned a dark blue with yellow streaks as the sun is going down,against the bright yellow and orange leaves it's gorgeous. I went for a bike ride and walk . The oak leaf next to the owl came from a scraggly tree but the color is amazing. Such a lovely day, I hope you had one too. love to you,Diana

Need Coffee Kind of Day!

HI, It's been one of those "Need Coffee"kind of days. Here's my coffee cup with iced coffee in it and my eraser and a quick little painting of it. I just used my angled brush. I didn't sleep very well last night.I only got 4 hours if that.. ah well.

 The lady loved her tulip painting. She got it today.
