New Orchid Watercolor
Here is my new orchid I am working on. One of the kitties knocked the orchid over ,but I have the stem of flowers in a vase. There is something about orchids that I just love. I drew it and started on the large blossom first. I have enjoyed working on it and am going to do the negative painting around the green leaves so they will be blue. We will see if it works, I thought about painting another orchid behind it what do you think?? Wishing each of you a lovely weekend and Happy Easter, love to you, Diana
Have Good Easter!
ReplyDeleteThe orchids are lovely. And, they say good for people with allergies.
Dear Diana - this is really looking wonderful. I am going to trust your judgement on putting another orchid behind the first. I am sure whatever you decide will work out fine. Hope you have lovely Easter as well. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThere is something so elegant about these flowers and this is looking very good! I would just stay with the single flower but that's just my preference; I know you'll do the right thing for you!
ReplyDeleteHey
ReplyDeleteI like them as they are, and with the leaves still to be painted that would complete it perfectly. I have learned from a wonderful art teacher, when you think you done enough leave it alone, 'cause you can't go back'
