Canadian Goose Watercolor

Here is a Canadian Goose I painted. A dear friend of mine bought it.  Today it's supposed to snow/sleet after it rains. Now it's raining with a touch of ice crystals in it, I'm trying not to grumble. Ok, I' m grumbling. Summer is coming. I'm looking forward to the days getting longer and they are !! More sunshine .. please.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm. Love to each of you,Diana
We had a little possum visitor to the birdfeeder. Sadie our lab missed the excitement. She was napping!

  1. I so love your paintings-wish I could take lessons from you! I am so scared of color-especially water color-I am not familiar with it at all, but I do love all the wonderful effects you can get with it.
Thank you so much for your encouragement at my drawing blog!!!

I fear the ice more than any snow storm. Prayers the last weeks of winter behave.

    1. I didn't go out all Friday because of the ice on the steps, I've already fallen once. Be careful. I so wanted the sunshine and now we have it. Hopefully no more snow. love,Diana

  7. Dear Diana - love your Canada goose. He is beautiful friend. As for your possum - he is too cute. I have one in the shed with my kitties. He hides under the wagon til I leave and then goes and eats their food! Silly cats they just let him do as he pleases!

  8. Hi, Diana, so lovely. Your posts calm viewers and give joy. BTW, I made the similar one in a pelican (from a different angle), applied for stylefile recently. Your blog motivates me to work on something Australian. Cheers, Sadami
