Giraffe with Snowflake Watercolor
HI, I've started painting a little giraffe catching a snowflake on his purple tongue. I used irridescent paint for the snowflake. It's hovering over his tongue. Here is Sadie, after a long walk in the nursery I'd hoped she would nap for a long time.. no such luck..she's up and ready to go again.. Painting will be on hold.. I'll be out in the sunshine with her. Ha ha.. What are you painting today?? love,Diana
Your giraffe is so sweet! There's a photo on Pinterest of two giraffes catching raindrops on their tongues. I just posted a finished commission. I'm taking a few days off from painting to get organized for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteLove the giraffe. One of my favorite looking animals. I'm wishing I could find time and energy to paint something myself. Unfortunately, it is inventory time again.
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike... I have a photo of a giraffe that I've been wanting to do..
ReplyDeleteMy painting slump is just that ... A painting slump!
Wish I had Angie here to keep my mind occupied.
I don't have to tell you , I still miss her after almost 2 years. (Jan. 24) . I guess some things never go away.
